Bad Mommy

Can you believe that we were at the lake for the Waind/Oase Wedding Weekend and we did not take ONE picture of our four boys in their little tuxes!?!?!!! I feel like such a bad mom!! I guess that's what happens when both parents are in the wedding. I am waiting to get some pictures from Ben's aunt to show just how cute everyone looked~ and the beautiful bride (and groom) too! The wedding was perfect, even though Brody hit his wall 5 minutes before he was suppose to walk down the aisle and ended up screaming/crying while he ran down the aisle to Ben on the alter :) Grandpa David then held him while he slept through the entire wedding ;) I'm not going to lie- it was a chaotic and crazy weekend, but we really can't expect much less with having triplets and a toddler I guess. My mom and aunt did what they could to allow us to enjoy most parts of the festivities and we really appreciated that, but the boys being off their schedule for 2 days really gave them quite the time!! Our boys are really sticklers for normalcy and schedules- something we were never use to with Brody because we didn't have to be. With a singleton you just have them adapt to your life and it's so easy (so I say now). But we really have to adapt to the triplets if we want things to go smoothly. Unfortunately for us the boys have always been hard to feed (I have mentioned this before!!) so it's not like someone can just come and help us feed- oh no, there is a very specific routine that we MUST follow if we want them to eat at all. I SO wish we could give them their bottles like "normal" babies and they would be happy- I would love to snuggle them while they eat, but they won't let us.  Ugh.

I do have a few pics of the boys being their cute silly-selves :)

3 is now a crowd on the floor mats, as it never ends well- someone always gets doggy-piled
"Station changes" are a must to keep the boys entertained

The boys are OBSESSED with the Baby MumMum Rice Rusks- must find them online and purchase a case as the boxes just go too quick!

  1. I can tell Payton apart from his brothers easily. His hair is longer :) It flows over his forehead more than the other two. And Evan has thinner hair, so it looks like he doesn't have any in some angles. Riley, well he is a perfect mix of the two :)

  2. I agree the stations are a definite must! It gets sooo much easier when they learn to crawl and can entertain themselves.

Love those chubby cheeks btw : )
